Individual and team awards the game keeps a roll of honour for. Open one for its editions and their ranked winners.

The short-name column is blank when the export stores the same string twice. Editions counts every row
in award_history for the award, including the ones marked as not having taken place; the
season span is the earliest and latest season_year recorded, and is blank where no edition
carries a year. The list is ordered by the primary key — award indexes only
uid and nation_uid, so nation is the one filter offered and no name sort exists.
